Q-What areas do you service?
A-I service Toledo and suburbs, Sylvania, Holland, Maumee, Perrysburg, Rossford, Oregon, Waterville, Whitehouse, and other small towns within a 25 mile radius.
Q-Do you have any advice for First Time Home Buyers?
A-Every first time home buyer should check with their lender to see what incentives are available at the time, FHA, USDA, and VA offer low down payment programs, Always have an inspection!
Q-What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in the business?
A-My biggest challenge was starting off in the field to then convert into a full time agent.
Q-What advice would you give someone that is thinking about venturing into Real Estate?
A-I would advise anyone considering getting into real estate that they are able to eventually make it into a full time job, you need to be there for people on the spot or very quickly.
Q-What do you like best about working in Real Estate?
A-I really do enjoy this business, I have met a lot of great people over the years, some clients turn into friends, and you also get a chance to reconnect with old friends.
Q-When you aren’t working, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
A-In my spare time I enjoy seeing family and friends, going to the park, mall, and making improvements to my home.
Q-What do consider the area’s best kept secret?
A-Toledo best kept secret is the Great Lakes National Museum, right off of the Maumee river next to the Veterans Glass city Skyway bridge, they have a boat dock, many events such as boat shows, and have tours of the Col. James M. Schoonmaker lake freighter, which is formerly known as the Willis B. Boyer.
Q-Anything else you’d like your clients to know about you?
A-I really like Toledo, as they say “You will do better in Toledo”, housing is very affordable, and everyone can fit in with the diversity we have.
