IN-HOUSE AGENT TRAINING: We regularly offer participatory training and in-house meetings to keep our agents abreast of the information explosion in the real estate industry. We also offer one-on-one “New Agent Training” with Jim Loss and a program called “Up & Running in 30 Days” – a comprehensive fast start program.
RECOGNITION: Many of our agents are members of The President’s Sales Club of The Ohio Association of Realtors, as well as The Million Dollar Club of The Toledo Board of Realtors and The Monroe Board of Realtors.
CORPORATE RELOCATION DEPARTMENT: Our Corporate Relocation Services Department works closely with all levels of corporations, along with many national third-party companies. Our Relocation Director is Debbie Ross.
AUCTION DIVISION: Loss Realty Group is proud of our in-house Auctioneers – Beth Rose and Sara Rose. Beth and Sara are very well-known with the public in metropolitan Toledo and Monroe County, and specifically in the auction / investment community. They are the area’s premiere Auctioneers.
REFERRAL COMPANY: Loss Realty Group Referral Co., Ltd., was formed to house the licenses of non-active agents who wish to refer their clients to an active Loss Realty Group agent, helping to maintain their long-term relationships while still being able to service their clients.
